VoiceJar is built by an independent developer — there’s no support tier, no ticket queue, no “Level 1 / Level 2.” Email lands in info@voicejar.net and a real person replies, usually within 1–2 business days.

Reaching us is easy. Getting a precise answer in one round-trip is faster if you tell us a few things up front.

Visible at the bottom of the in-app Settings screen. Matters when we ship a fix between your install and our reply.
What you did right before it broke matters more than a screenshot of the error. A short sentence is enough.
For transcription/LLM issues, tell us which engine: Whisper.cpp, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Groq — or Anthropic, GPT, Gemini for the LLM side.
Same code path, different failure modes. Knowing which lane you’re on saves a round-trip.
Once-off vs every-time changes everything. If you can trigger it on demand, tell us the exact steps.
We will never ask for your API keys, your password, or your recordings as part of support. Keys live in your device’s Keychain or Keystore and we can’t see them. If anyone asks for one of those over email, it isn’t us.
Fields marked with * are required. A honeypot and a rate-limit are the only spam defenses — no CAPTCHA puzzles, no “click all the buses.”
